Clare's Holiday Cottage Sleeps 4
Dog friendly and now Eco friendly Clare's Holiday cottage is filled with old fashioned charm. Two bedrooms, one double the other single and both have plenty of room for a comfortable ‘put you up’ for the 4th person to offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The antique furnishings and wood-burning stove give a very homely feeling, centrally heated to make sure you're nice and cosy in the colder months.
A separate fully fitted kitchen with all modern electrical appliances and a small breakfast table to seat 4. Bone china tea sets and linen tablecloths are also there to complete the vintage feel. The bathroom has a full length bath and overhead shower. Small touches include a pair of binoculars to view the bird feeding area and ever present wildlife that visit, picnic set, a small library of books, walking guides and maps, and DVD's. The cottage sits in its' own delightful organic 1/2 acre private cottage garden. Lovingly tended it has an abundance of traditional roses and flowers, a lawn and a grassed area which is large enough to kick a football around. Facing south, the patio is a lovely place to sit and relax, listen to the birdsong and take in the stunning views that surround the cottage. An outside tap is useful for washing muddy paws or walking boots and parking is off road in the gravelled yard. 2+ dogs welcome, please check before booking.
